| | Graham enjoys an active and varied career as composer, musical director, pianist. As a performer he is equally at home in early repertoire, as conductor or continuo player, and as composer or pianist in contemporary music.
He is Artistic Director of Hexham Abbey Festival, and regularly involved as arts consultant, or leading and directing community & education projects.
Recent commissions & performances include Still Stories (an opera for solo soprano at Linbury Studio, Royal Opera 2006, The Dolphin's Adventure (children's musical in Canberra, Australia 2006); Entartung for sax & double choir (RSAMD 2007); In A Strange Land (staged choral song cycle The Venue, Leeds 2007); current commissions for Northern Ballet Theatre & Exaudi
