Coro Cervantes is a unique professional chamber choir consisting of up to sixteen singers. Through its performances it aims to bring the music of Iberian and LatinAmerican countries to audiences who may not have had an opportunity to enjoy this particular repertoire.
Programmes have included music from the Spanish Middle Ages and Renaissance to the 20th Century and have included works with accompaniment on guitar, lute, vuhuela and organ.
Coro Cervantes will launch their first CD shortly and will be travelling to take part in the Historical Festival of Mexico City in the near future. Information of further future events can be obtained from the website.
